Use GhostBill for your own lawful, personal purposes. Don't attempt to break, resell, or misuse the service, or use it in a way that harms others.
GhostBill Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is governed by Gumroad's buyer terms.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on GhostBill Pro. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email surfg1973@gmail.com for a full refund.
Your data is stored in your browser, not on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (via the JSON export). We are not liable for data lost due to clearing browser storage, device failure, or switching browsers/devices.
GhostBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations, reminders, or dates are error-free, and you should verify important billing dates directly with each provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostBill and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any charges you incur from third-party subscriptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
